  1. DameWare's DIP control allows 
  2.             you to enter an IP address in dotted notation. The control displays 
  3.             as a text box with dots already in place to separate IP address 
  4.             octets. You can fill in the entire IP address correctly by padding 
  5.             each octet with zeroes to make a 12-digit number, which you enter 
  6.             without using the period key. The control checks for valid octet 
  7.             values, with a limit of 255 for each octet. Online help is provided.
